To Register 

1. Go to the online banking portal https://banking.stewardbank.co.zw/login

2. Input account number, mobile number, and last 4 digits of card number 

3. Confirm Details 


For Businesses 

The online banking portal has been redesigned to be user-friendly. The portal has the same features and functionalities as before. 


Application Process 

1. Fill out the Mandate Form & Submit it to the Account Executive.

2. Bank Operations creates an online profile for Merchant/Corporate/Agent 

3. A verification code is sent to the parties specified on the Mandate Form 

4. Each individual receives that One-Time code and uses it to set up his/her profile Alerts & e-Statements 

This option allows you to receive free, customized alerts about your account activity and notices each time there is a transaction on your account. Customers can choose mobile and or email alerts. 

On Online Banking customers can conduct the following: 

· Internal Transfers 

· Batch processing 

· RTGS Payments 

· Statements Enquiry 

· Bill Payments i.e Nyaradzo, Liquid Home, etc 

· ZIMRA Payments 

· FCA to Visa
